The hotel’s historic architecture blew me away. I loved the elegant ambiance and the stunning atrium with the stained-glass skylight. My room featured a comfortable king bed and a great sitting area, making it feel spacious and cozy. Plus, the espresso maker was a wonderful touch, perfect for my morning coffee fix. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food with quick room service too. However, I faced a significant problem with the temperature control in the room. The thermostat didn't seem to work correctly, leaving me uncomfortably warm at night. I brought this to the staff’s attention, and although they were friendly, it took too long to get the air conditioning adjusted. Cleaning seemed a bit lacking too. I found some dust on the desk and corners of the room. Considering the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail. I enjoyed my time here overall but hope for some maintenance updates and cleaning improvements in the future.

The location is exceptional, providing easy access to local shops and attractions. The historical charm is captivating, especially in the beautifully decorated suites. Staff members stand out for their friendliness and helpfulness. every interaction was enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and while the service was generally efficient, some aspects felt lacking in attentiveness. Also, certain amenities did not meet my expectations despite the hotel's reputation for luxury.
